Daarom lanceert de vervoersmaatschappij een campagne en zet ze 150 extra Securailagenten in. Maar niet iedereen is even tevreden met die maatregelen. Een treinbegeleider getuigt over het meest recente voorval van agressie dat hij meemaakte en de blijvende gevolgen ervan.
