Die beslissing komt er op vraag van de speelsters, zodat zij zich tijdens hun menstruatie comfortabeler en zelfzekerder kunnen voelen op het veld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorig jaar startte de KU Leuven, in samenwerking met OH Leuven, een onderzoek naar de menstruele cyclus in de topsport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaterdag staat er bovendien een topper op het programma tegen Club YLA. Die wedstrijd staat in het teken van bewustwording rond menstruatie in de sport, wetenschappelijk onderzoek en Internationale Vrouwendag.
